Issue with Syncing Smartsheets to Outlook

We're very excited to have discovered the feature which allows us to sync Smartsheets to Outlook. However, when we import the calendar, the events are loading as all day events (see calendar to the right). I'm guessing we have done our "time" column incorrectly, but aren't sure how to fix it.

Unfortunately you will need to leverage the API to get it to show events at specific times.

Essentially you will need someone who can write code to use the API connectivity between Smartsheet and Outlook to write up a program that can pull the back-end data from Smartsheet and put it in Outlook in the proper format.
