"Workflow Timing Unavailable" Error Message

I am trying to set an automation to alert a contact weekly that there have been changes to certain rows, essentially I want to avoid multiple alerts and just have them sent once a week with all rows that were changed but it is not allowing me and pops up with the error message "Workflow Timing Unavailable". Is this not possible or am I setting up the workflow incorrectly?

    Ok. So when you are using a {{Placeholder}} to insert row data, you have to have the trigger set to run immediately. If you are running it in a way that can group multiple rows together, it won't know which row to pull the {{Placeholder}} data from, so Smartsheet doesn't allow it.
