Learning Schedule Template

Hi everyone

I'm working on a project that has an extensive training schedule to develop and deliver. Historically we have used Excel however we'd like to integrate it into Smartsheet to streamline our reporting. I'm wondering if there is a training schedule template available or if anyone has any best practice samples to share.

The training schedule will include approx. 12 trainers, 12 support people, 35 topics and 375 sessions with some session held as webinars and others as face to face which will involve travel. We'd like to ensure we don't have clashes with the trainers and support people and that we aren't asking them to travel large distances within short periods of time.
