Locking a row

Hi There,

I am the admin for a SmartSheet community in my company. I am able to lock and unlock rows (columns & cells) in a specific sheet but no one else in the company community is able to. All users are set up as Admin users but they do not have facility to lock (showing as greyed out). Anyone got any ideas?

Are all the other users shared to that specific sheet as admins?

Do you mean on a sheet that they own?

Can you share a screenshot please?

Locking and Unlocking rows requires a License. Here's a table that identifies what actions you can take on each permission level, where a * indicates that it also requires a License:

Any collaborator with Admin access to a workspace will also have the ability to delete and rename the sheets it contains. If a sheet is deleted from a workspace, it's recoverable for 30 days from the sheet owner's Deleted Items folder. Admins can see the item in their folder, but do not have permission to recover the item.

They also need to have a License to be able to lock/unlock rows/columns.

Workarounds using Workflows can solve it without needing a license.

Thanks to all for the responses. I was asked by Itai to provide a screenshot which is below.

Andree mentioned that the users needed to be allocated licences, which from above, you can see they have.

Any other suggestions out there?
