Moving closed "tickets" to a second sheet
I have a sheet where we log our support as it comes in. I have a "completed" check box to check once it is finished. It also has a date created field.
I setup a second copy of the sheet. On the first sheet I added automation to move any row that is "completed" and over 3 days old to the second sheet.
This works well. However, I'd like to add a "auto number" field to the sheet. but when I do this it tells me that the automation can no longer run.
So, my question is this: Any way to move over the row with the auto number the same as it was on the original sheet?
Thanks!

As long as your destination sheet doesn't have the numbering column setup as an Auto Number, you should be fine. In your destination sheet, keep the numbering column as a "Text/Number" column instead.

ok. I'll give that a try and see how it does.
Thanks!
