Is there a way to create a form on Smartsheet that blocks off times based on my outlook calendar?

We are creating a form for vaccinations appointments. Ideally, we would use the head pharmacist calendar as the main one. If he has available time, smartsheet will show the time as available and will allow the person to book. Once booked, this would block off time on the pharmacist's calendar or it will send an email advising (either works).
Is this possible?
Lastly, I did try to add my own work email (not the pharmacist's) and I would click the link in my email and it would give me the error below:

You aren't going to be able to get this functionality with a Smartsheet form. You would need to use a different form app and could then import the data into Smartsheet.
