Generate a copy of a row with each response when multiple people respond to a update request

Currently I am working a project where I have multiple people assigned to a task. When I send out the update request to the contacts assigned to that task, both get the form and when one updates data, the other then has to override the data when they respond, not being able to capture both user's response makes it hard to ensure we are getting all department perspectives. Is there a way that smartsheet can recognize there are two users assigned to one task and when there are more than 1 responses submitted to the task it copies the second response in a duplicate row for that task in my sheet?
