Reports Permissions

Hello!!

I have two questions:

I am sharing reports with others, but some of them can't see what is inside the report; why is that?

Also, I am sharing a report to an outside email address, and they cannot export the attachment or print it, even if they are admin-can share.

Please help!

1. Ensure that they are shared with the underlying data.
2. Do you mean Export or Print the Report?
