ampersand symbol in Smartsheet form emails

When collaborating and/or leveraging forms with email confirmation, if/when the title of the form contains the ampersand symbol, it errors when the email is received by the end user. An enhancement can be made to enable the product to be able to send emails from Smartsheet without a character error.

Yes AND if your title has a second line, the header concatenates the title into one line, without a space to accommodate for the carriage return (as you can see in Erik's example above). Would also like to see the line break preserved so it's not all smooshed together.
