Duration Filters not working in Report?

I've set up a dashboard which shows upcoming milestones, based on a report from my overall project plan. I have set up my project plan with milestones (i.e. 0 Duration), and have set a filter on the report used for this:

Duration is 0 (have also tried Duration is one of and picked 0.0 from the list)

Previously, this showed me a list of all of the milestones I have in my plan, and it still does if I filter using the same criteria directly on my project plan.

Any ideas as to what I might be doing wrong? I could swear this was working correctly until about the 24th of August.

I just got it to work using the filter "Duration - is not a number", and it showed all my 0 Day Durations (Milestones).

The filters are not working for me. Use to show only the milestones that are not complete. It's not showing all milestones
