Training Matrix

Hello

Hope you can help!

I am setting up a training matrix which has multiple employees (rows) and multiple training courses (columns). I want to set up an automation whcih notifies me when any training date is due to expire in the next 90 days. I am struggling to do this via the automation.

Can anyone advise please?

You could create a report that checks on a column change. Make that column keep track of days before expiration. If that number is less than 90 days, send a notification.

You can use a Workflow with the When a date is reached option.
