Automation not running as expected

I setup the automation below to run when an item has been Priority Ranked, has a Status of "Not Prioritized" and work accepted is "Under Review."

I did this so that when I'm looking at Card View by Status, items that now have a Priority Rank will change the Status to "Grey (New)" and move into that Status column. However, I've noticed that it worked very well yesterday when I implemented it, but it's not working today and I've made no changes to this workflow.

Is there something wrong with the workflow below? Anything I should change?
