I have two questions:

1. In shared groups is it possible to have a wildcard in the domain names to cover multiple domains i.e domain.* as we have multiple domains and having to type each one is a pain?
2. Is it possible to pull two sheets into a dynamic view?

1. No. You can't use wildcards in domain names when establishing sharing permissions.
2. Yes sort of. You would create a report that pulls together the two sheets and then have that report feed your Dynamic View.

Many thanks Paul, i thought about the report but i have over the 20k line limit

What 20k Line Limit are you referring to?

so Smartsheet has a 20k limit on amount of rows you can have in a sheet, so you can't pull two reports into one if that will exceed that number

You can't pull a report into a sheet anyway. You can pull a report into a dynamic view though even if the report itself exceeds the sheet row limit. Keep in mind... Limits are different for different items.
