Admin Paid - Automation


Admin will go into smartsheet and enter a value for 3 columns (invoiced processed date, invoice comment, and total amount)

The trigger is setup where when any value is inputted here, that will alert the person in the row, that is the person who submitted a form. But I would like for the alert to also notify the VP Name. That is one of the fields in the form as well. But "created by" is the only field I can select under alert someone.

Is the automation setup correctly?
