Automation for Attachments Being Added
I want to notify everyone that is in my Contacts column whenever an attachment or comment is added. Right now, it just notifies whoever is in the column for the row I add the attachment to, but I would like to just be able to add an attachment or comment to the sheet and have everyone who is a contact on the sheet be notified. Is this possible?

Hi,
If you create a group within Smartsheet (not a distribution list from your contacts), you can put that group in the automation.

After that, there's not an option to pick a group

Not sure about the group, but one of the options is Send to Everyone Shared to this Sheet. Would that do the trick?

Hey David,
I don't believe that will because the sheet lives in a workspace that all of our team members have access to, so since they're shared to the workspace and the sheet is in that workspace, I believe it would inform everyone, even if they're not a contact on the sheet, about any changes that occur :(
