Can data shuttle accommodate below?

I need data to come in via attachment through data shuttle into a sheet like this, where if I have a new project under a person the UID is the unique identifier and it should add and child row under the parent of the assigned to team member. I will also be updating financials for each of these team members every month

I'm not sure if data shuttle can accommodate this but I'm happy to explore other solutions while still making data shuttle work

You will need to leverage either the API or the premium add-on Bridge to get the hierarchy in place.
