How to Show Cost / Budget on Gantt Chart
Hello - I used a simple project plan template and the Gantt chart is not showing anything. I would like for it to show at least the budget / cost, and if possible, I would also like it to show the Task. How can I do that? When I create a new sheet (without selecting a template, the Gantt chart shows the Task (or whatever is in the first column), but I would rather not have to copy over all 250 lines into a new sheet.

Hi @Nizarma52
I hope you're well and safe!
You can add a so-called helper column, collect/join what you want to show, and then select the column in the Project Settings.
Make sense?
Did that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

Hello @Andrée Starå,
Thank you for replying. Is there a way to collect / join two columns without having to type everything? I.e., Can I pull the Task and Actual Cost columns into one without having to type out the task and the cost per line item?
