Simple Data Shuttle filter question
I'm embarrassed to ask this, but how do I set up the simplest filter within a Data Shuttle workflow?
There's one column - titled Onsite or Web - where I only want to pull rows with Web. What would I put for the filter? I've tried (1) where Onsite or Web equals Web. I've tried every other combination. It doesn't end up filtering anything.
I've set up more complicated filters before, but never one so simple. Any advice?

Have you confirmed that the rows in the source do in fact equal "Web" and don't have anything else in them?
-
Yes, the only options are Web and Onsite. I will note that the column is formatted as a dropdown list
-
Hmm... Have you tried "contains" Web?
-
I have, and it filters everything out. Then when I do equals Web, it includes everything and doesn't filter.
Is (1) correct for setting the filter?
-
It looks correct to me. That's what has me curious now.
Have you double checked that you saved the workflow with the filter in place with no errors or warnings?
In your mapping, are you pulling in the column you are filtering on?
-
Yes, no errors or warning. The column in the source is mapped to the correct column in the sheet and being pulled into the sheet.

So I finally got it to work. For some reason, Onsite or Web? equals or contains Web didn't work, but Onsite or Web does not contain Onsite worked... go figure!

That's really odd that it would work that way, but I'm glad you were able to get it working.
