Data Shuttle not updating a field from the source file to my Smartsheet

I recently added a new field to my data extract and data shuttle populates that record in my Smartsheet, but when that field value is changed on my extract data shuttle is not updating that field. I am not sure if it is only happening when the field is a certain value. The only way I have been able to fix it is by deleting the record from my Smartsheet. When I do that and rerun Data Shuttle it populates correctly.

Can you provide screenshots of how your data shuttle is set up?

These are a couple of screen shots. Let me know if there are specific pages that would help. I am having a problem with the Ready to Deploy field. One thing to know is that the 'label - Deploy' and 'label - Story Status' can have the same field values. For example, In UAT is a valid value for both fields. They both are coming in as text.

Have you tried setting it up to replace all rows with the source data? If you are inserting new rows that are missing, updating changed fields, and removing missing rows, just replacing all data would be more efficient and may also take care of your issue.

We have additional fields in the source file that are not coming in from the extract, but are populated in Smartsheet. If I replace with all new rows I will lose that data. This appears to be a Data Shuttle issue, since the extract is showing the updates correctly.

Hi @Billie - nothing is immediately jumping out to me but if your issue persists I'd recommend filing a support ticket to have it investigated!
