WorkApps - do viewers need a Smartsheet Account
I have just shared my WorkApp with an individual who does not have a Smartsheet account. They had to create an account to view the WorkApp. Is there a way around that?

That sounds like it's working as intended.
The one you're sharing with must have a paid Smartsheet Account, or you would need to have either Smartsheet Advance or a Collaboration Pack. (They would need accounts for the two last options, but they don't need to be paid.)

So it might appear that I have a setting not set correctly when creating my WorkApps. One of the individuals whom I had granted edit access in the WorkApp was unable to view said WorkApp unless they created an account.
Unless when they clicked the link, SS recognized there was no account and 'asked' if they wanted to create an account?

@Andrée Starå I just paid for the collaborator Pack and my users are not able to view the calendar app inside or workApps. What am I doing wrong? How must I set up this access?
