Dynamic View - details pane multi-line text field incorrectly reformats after save

I'm using dynamic view. On the Details panel we use a "RESOLUTION" data field as multi-line text field. It shows correctly when blank but converts to single-line anytime there's text and it's saved. seems like a bug.. anyone else have this?

Hey @jb123

I have to admit I haven't seen this before! As long as the field is a Text/Number field, and you have it set as multi-line in your Details Panel Settings tab, it should stay as multi-line in your Details Panel after saving data.

For example, here are my settings:

And here you can see the same amount of text both before and after Save:

Since I'm unable to replicate what you're seeing, would you mind trying some initial troubleshooting steps:

• Try a different browser
• Test removing that field then adding it in again with the specifications
• Test creating an entirely new Dynamic View from that sheet
