Is this still happening today? If so, here are some initial troubleshooting steps to try:
- Try signing out of all instances of Smartsheet and signing back in again
- Test if this is happens in a different browser
- Test if this happens when connected to a different network
- Test if this happens on all other sheets or just this one sheet
- Try creating a Copy of the current sheet (with Save as New) and test on the new copy
