Web Widget for Notes

I am looking for a 3rd party note-taking site to use as a web widget on a dashboard. I was previously using a Rich Text widget on the app and calling it the "Bulletin" but this is clunky. In order to add/ edit text on this bulletin, we have to "edit" the dashboard and click save (and be an admin). I want it to be edited easily (like a google doc for example but simpler). There has to be a million options for this so please let me know!!

Look at the Medication Formulary Management template, it's a good example of how you can do meeting minutes on a dashboard. It's just a published sheet with the web content widget.
