I would like to set up a calendar view

We have multiple projects being worked on by multiple engineers and project managers at the same time, I am looking for one calendar view where I can see how far out each engineer is currently scheduled based off of start and estimated end dates of all the projects we have entered in Smartsheet. Perhaps scheduling a working session or something along those lines would be possible?

If these tasks are all logged as different rows in different sheets, and if you're on a Business or Enterprise plan, what I would personally do here is set up a Row Report to gather all tasks in one place. See: Build a row report

As long as the "Assigned To" column is a single-select contact column, you can Group the rows by a specific person so you can see all their tasks under one header.

Then you can Sort the Report by the End Date, and use the Gantt view to see the tasks in a timeline along with the row data.
