Columns I just made does not show in my coworker's workapps

I just created 4 columns so one of my coworker can fill them with the corresponding information, but they are not showing in her workapps, as she is a owner to a project, what should I do? Should I share with her the worksheet again ?

Have you created groups in the workapps?

Excuse me, like what groups ?

We have some user access categories, if you mean that:

1. Initiative Owner
2. Workstream Leader
3. Regional PMO

etc

The initiative owners have access to the worksheet, is it possible that some of these users can see columns and others not ?

Strange! Did you update a sheet or a report?

Is it a report or a sheet that is shared in WorkApps?

Can you share some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help.
