API Admin Access

As an admin, it would be great to be able to retrieve information about all sheets. While I can use the api to connect as someone else, I am limited to non admins. This means we have no visibilty into what sheets exist. We would use this to figure out what sheets, report, etc are inactive and also be able to report when someone leaves the company what resources they own. Running a report is time consuming and requires someone to initiate and process it manually.
