I need to create the dashboard from the report, Which should look like this can you please guide me how can I achieve that. I am new to the Smartsheet, Please help me on this

You'll have to have a sheet with all of the data that you want to visualize, then its as simple making sheet summary formulas and reports to support visualizing all the data on a dashboard. Unfortunately with the image provided there isnt much more guiding one can do as its not expressing all the info we need to make these visualizations with more detailed explanation.
