How can the tables created in the Smartsheet dashboard be exported to Excel as a table

Can you please give more details, maybe submit screenshots of what you're trying to accomplish? If it's just to export a smartsheet to excel then you can do so by clicking on File, then hovering over "Export" and then selecting the format that you want to export to.

Thanks for your response. I want to convert the tables (see below) created in the dashboard to Excel tables. Not sure if the dashboard allows data to be exported.
