What I am looking for is a dashboard and associated sheets that others have used with success. I am seeing a lot of project management dashboards that have potential for use in my work, but not quite hitting the spot for RE development. I would like to see a dashboard that includes:

• Schedule
• critical path breakout
• two week look ahead
• at risk items
• status of items (started, in progress, closed, etc.)
• task lists w/ responsible person identified
• Budget tracking via Anticipated Cost Report

@kdhmeritage no, haven't received a response. I have created my own dashboard and reports with the annotated items I was looking for. I am still curious what others in my field may be using.

Same here… Smartsheets has great templates for vertical construction but nothing specific to real estate and land development. Frustrating…
