MS Dynamics - Register New Organization Submit Button Not Working

When I go to register a new Dynamics organization and click "Submit", I'm redirected to the Smartsheet home page instead of the Microsoft login page. I'm also submitting a help ticket but posting here in case anyone else has dealt with this. Thanks!

And here are the instructions that show on step 8 that I should be directed to sign into Dynamics. Also confirming that after being redirected to the Smartsheet home page on the Submit button, if I go back to the connector to see if any orgs are setup, there are none setup.

Confirming support answered my question :) I had to enter the tenant name in the optional field and then the connection worked.
