Hi,

Could someone please help me understand if SmartSheet could build the following survey, using Update Request of a similar feature?

We are looking to send out a survey by which Individuals can nominate themselves for a talent process and input certain data variables (eg tenure, work level etc). Once they have nominated themselves, we would require additional inputs from their Line Manager. For simplicity, it would be great if 1) upon completion by the Individual, the message is triggered to the Line Manager to provide the additional info and 2) the data is stored in manner that its easy to link up individual and Line Manager responses. For confidentiality reasons, Line Manager's should only be able to see their direct report's input.
