Why won't anyone from the support team at DD update answer my support request?

I have emailed support for 2 days now to help fix my DD update and no one will answer. Is there a phone number or other way to contact this department?

Smartsheet won't be able to help you with third party applications such as DD update. I'm unsure if DD update have their own Community forum, but if they do, I would recommend posting there instead.
