Subtract scheduled "Leave" hours from available hours to make utilization more accurate
Currently, leave hours scheduled are not subtracted from available hours. This skews the utilization calculation which is critical to our company's metrics.
It is impractical to modify each user's profile for available hours every time a leave is scheduled. This should be an automatic calculation, or at least an admin option to have available hours calculated this way.
