No editable fields in Automated Workflow email

Hi,

i have two workflows created (update requests) and only one of them is showing the fields as editable when the email link is opened.. but both are exactly the same, only asking for different fields to update. One column is a dropdown, the other free text...

The selected fields are not locked or containing formulas or have any dependency.

Why is it that these fields are not shown as editable fields in the email update request?
