No editable fields in Automated Workflow email
Hi,
i have two workflows created (update requests) and only one of them is showing the fields as editable when the email link is opened.. but both are exactly the same, only asking for different fields to update. One column is a dropdown, the other free text...
The selected fields are not locked or containing formulas or have any dependency.
Why is it that these fields are not shown as editable fields in the email update request?

Can you clarify which one of the fields is showing as read-only, or are they both? Here's a list of read-only fields from our Help documentation: Read-only fields in update requests
If that hasn't helped, can you post a screen capture of what the Update Request looks like in your email, and what the row looks like in the sheet (but block out sensitive data).
