Email automation with "Assigned To".

Hello everyone, I hope you are well.
I have a question about an automation in my project sheets. One automation I'm implementing is an alert for when a certain project activity is approaching its due date. To do this, I'm using the "Assigned To" column, but this only generates a notification in Smartsheet and I can't get it to send an email to the person assigned to the activity. Any ideas on how I can use this setting to forward the alert via email?

¿Tiene la columna Asignado a configurada como Contacto en lugar de un campo de texto? Lo siento si el idioma no está bien, estoy usando traducer.

Hello @HarchIF ,
Yes, it is configured as a contact.

Hi @mpiza
There are a few things to check here.
1 - Have the user check their Permission settings in the app, in case they have turned off email notifications.
2 - If they allow emails, have them check their Spam folder to see if the emails are being caught there. You may need to ask them to check if their company has set up email filters as well.
Here's more information: Issue: Email not received from Smartsheet
Cheers,
Genevieve
