Dynamic View Logic blocked

I am having an issue not being able to add this block of logic to a Dynamic View. I have double checked and the name is unique. Any ideas why?

Were you able to figure this out? If not, I would suggest opening a ticket with Smartsheet Support and providing them with more details. They'll be able to troubleshoot this with you in a private channel so you can share details such as screen captures of the source sheet, the column that you're selecting, a screen recording attempting to add the logic, and any other relevant information.

It was a pilot error in the sense that when I hovered over the Action there is a very fine line between active and non-active. Apparently, I was moving too fast and did not notice the cursor change.
