Several of our team members receive a 404 error periodically when trying to view a Calendar via WorkApps. It happens all of the time on some accounts regardless of the device or browser. It happens on other accounts just periodically. These team members have the exact same account permissions and sharing level.

I'm opening a support ticket, but I'm curious if anyone else is having this issue.

    Hi @Julie Fortney

Are those team members able to view the Calendar App directly, outside of the Workapp? Or is this specifically only when the Calendar is in the Workapp?

I've seen the 404 error before with the Calendar App in general if the user accessing the Calendar (either through Workapps, a Dashboard, or directly) does not have permissions on the source sheet.

I would suggest using the Publishing option in the Calendar App to add the link to the Workapp instead of the direct URL to see if that helps.

    Cheers,

    Genevieve
