Pivot App

I would like to use the pivot app. I have a business license. I don't see the pivot app in my app list. I also don't see it in the manage app menu. How do I get access.

Premium apps are a little odd in that you usually need to access them directly via the URL first, and after you do so you should be able to access it via the launcher "waffle" menu in the lower left-hand corner of Smartsheet. The pivot app URL is https://pivot.smartsheet.com/.

I should also mention that Pivot App is still a paid add-on feature on a business plan. You can review what is included in each license type here: https://www.smartsheet.com/pricing.

I came to this thread while I am looking for more info on pivot app. I don't seem to be having much luck with search results…

My organization's PMO are existing Smartsheet users.

I tried the pivot app URL you provided above, including logging in. The response I get is "Sorry! You don't have permission to use this app." There are no other options on the response page.

In addition, I opened the pricing link you provided. It does not mention "pivot" app.

I'm looking to potentially start using it along with the smartsheets we're already using.

Please provide additional guidance
