Unable to set filter in settings with jira connector

Smartsheet and JIRA Software (Cloud) can be connected and configured to work together.
However, it is not possible to configure settings that limit the data that is linked with JIRA Filters and Sheet Filters. It doesn't appear on the screen.
Both have their language set to Japanese. Also, in both cases, even if you change the language to English, I
cannot set Filters. What should I do now?
