Today we’re excited to introduce one of the features we teased during Jumpstart 2024 with Community! Meet the Weekly Digest, a personalized way to keep up with the Community topics YOU care about most. Read on to learn how it works!

How to enable the Weekly Digest

To enable the Weekly Digest, go to your Notification Preferences page by clicking the bell icon, and then the icon shown on the image below. Scroll to the bottom and check the box under Weekly Email Digest. You won’t be auto-subscribed.

• If at any point you wish to unsubscribe, un-check that same box, and you’ll stop receiving these emails. 
• You can recognize these emails in your inbox with the subject line “Your Weekly Community Digest.”

Follow your Favorite Topics

Visit your favorite topics and subtopics, or explore the topics page to discover new ones. Click the Follow button on the ones you want to keep track of. Every week, you’ll receive an email with a collection of 5 posts of what’s trending, tailored to you based on what you followed.

📌 Need some inspiration on what topics to follow? Here are a few suggestions:

• General topics: Show & Tell, Just for Fun, Events, Community Job Board
• Support topics: Best Practice, Smartsheet Basics, Formulas and Functions
• Product topics: Product Announcements, Product Ideas & Feature Requests
