Easily Set Baselines in WorkApps

In the current state, we cannot set baselines from WorkApps unless we set the desktop view to grid view. This is not an ideal experience. Don't really want the project schedule in Gantt view at all times. This may spark the need for a second enhancement request related to being able to switch views in WorkApps, which should also be possible.
