Safe sharing when publishing

As an enterprise user, I need all published URLs to be tied to our safe sharing policy.

The current Publish Options for sheets do not include a "read only using safe sharing controls".

Same with the "Access Control" option when publishing dashboards and reports. I'd like an option under Access Control to read "Available to anyone with this link and approved by safe sharing controls".
