Approval Workflow with 1 - 4 approvers have a field with combined status

I am creating an approval sheet that has approval workflows. As there is no approval workflow that requires all assigned members to approve I have created 4 workflows to notify the possible 4 approval contacts.

I would like to have a helper column that shows "Approved" when all assigned approvers have approved and or "Denied" if one denys the approval. The big issue is that we do not always have 4 approvers. So sometimes the cell value is blank. In this case I need to ignore the blank result and if there are only 3 approvers and they all approve I want the value of another cell to say "approved"

No it will depend on the request. I guess I could create a helper column that sums the number of cells with values? If I did that still not exactly sure what the formula would be,

How would you know how many approvers are required? We need something that indicates the number of Approvers because otherwise, we can't check whether it's completed.
