Google forms not writing into Smartsheet

Agar Consulting

I have set up a Google form called Tamper Seal Log

Installed Smartsheet Sync and it is running.

It created the Smartsheet in my account

If I click on the Sheet name it open the Smartsheet, but it is blank

I send the Form to myself, fill it out and Submit, but no data in Smartsheet.

However in Google i can see the stats building under Reponses.

Where is the data going and what have I missed?
