Business Account - One License


Hello, I bought a license and Business Account. Another of my peers in the company was looking into Smartsheet and realized that I already have a license. They asked me to add them to the account. They want the ability to create and manage sheets for their own department.

Does that type of functionality only come with another license, or can they do that as an "Editor?"
