Monthly projections on Utilizing resources

Hello!

I'm not sure if I'm going to explain it well, but I am looking to use a column to list all of the rooms I have available, and another column that shows if it is 'TBA' 'Offered' or 'Confirmed'

I am looking for a quick 'at a glance' for if the room is being utilized at a certain date. But I'm not sure if there is a way (dashboard, report, etc.) and how to create it.

Do you have a column that stores the date(s) each room is being used?

Yes, I have a column for when the Utilization is started and another column for when it is ended

In that case, you should be able to just create a report that is filtered to only show rows where the start date is less than or equal to today and the end date is greater than or equal to today (or whichever date you need to specify).

Continued Question, I am looking to do a selective count for this screenshot I am looking for the Blue highlight to reflect the number of Unique Numbers below, and the Green highlight to reflect the count of Greens below.

Is this a thing?

You would need to do this on a metrics sheet with formulas using cross sheet references. The Report itself is not going to be able to manage that.
