Salesforce smartsheet connector Issue


I'm encountering an issue with the Smartsheet Salesforce connector, specifically with the bi-directional functionality. Despite having the appropriate permissions and successfully creating a workflow, I'm unable to view any data within Smartsheet. However, when utilizing the uni-directional connector (Salesforce to Smartsheet) for the same workflow and utilizing identical steps and objects, the data is visible in Smartsheet. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this discrepancy.
