Hello, I'm using data mesh to bring information from other sheet(projects in this case) I have them linked with a column named "helper"

I noticed that new data is not being added, however existing information is updated once a change is made in the source sheet.

if I select copy and add data it adds duplicates at the end of the sheet. I'm not sure how to setup this in order to get accurate data and updates

I'm using the helper column because some projects don't have project numbers assigned therefore the data is not being linked until a number is assigned but we want to have visibility of the project even if no proj number is written in the source sheet corresponding field

Hi @Jimena

just basing my comment to what you have provided so far and as someone who frequently use Data mesh, I would suggest that you use a Look Up value that automatically provide a number or unique identifier to every data on your sheet source so that every time there is a new data in your source sheet, it will be added to your destination sheet. I hope this someway help your concern.
