Continuous Links between Sheets

I have a master (parent) sheet linked out to several child sheets, the master effectively pushes header information out to the child sheets. When a new row is added to the master, the child sheets fire off a notification to various teams requesting their input. This may not be the most efficient setup but it currently does what it needs to. The only downside is that the links out to the child sheets need to be manually maintained. So periodically I am having to re-link the sheets which is not overly practical.

Any thoughts or solutions anybody?

Any guidance welcome.

Hi MattMorge,

There isn't a way to have cell links autofill down a sheet such that they'll automatically get created as new information is added.

With that being said, if you have development resources available you may be able to use our API to have the cell links automatically generate. Details on the API are available here: https://smartsheet-platform.github.io/api-docs/
