Resource Management and Calendar connection

I have field employees that I need to communicate their daily/weekly schedule.Im currently in the process of setting up RM and have the premium calendar app. I'm assuming that they connect but I could be wrong. Does anyone know if they do connect or do i need to connect each Project sheet to the calendar? any clarity would be helpful

The premium Calendar App is built off of Smartsheet sheets or Reports - in turn, those same sheets can be used to connect with Resource Management, however Resource Management itself does not connect directly with the Calendar App. Does that make sense?
